Here we are scratching at the woodwork,
Trying to carve our thoughts into the walls,
Once again looking for a scapegoat,
Never wanting to look inside to see who we really are.
Time keeps flying by faster every moment,
And before we even notice it,
It will all be lost,
And what have we done?
Here we stand staring at our mirrors,
The broken shards of glass lay strewn across the floor,
Dark eyes searching for a rebellion,
Searching for just one thing to name as our very own.
When we're looking for a way out,
Walking under the street lights,
When we've fallen and theres no one to catch us,
Will our lives have been a waste of time?
Eyes wide open,
We will steal this day.
Bath in morning dew;
Hide from scattered shadows.
Sunshine hides behind the stones,
The treetops.
Rolling mountains appear gold.
Crisp fall air,
Our mouth fall open.
We fall to the ground,
Laughter surrounds us.
Running through vast medows,
Our hearts on our sleeves,
You look at me; we kiss.
Our journey countines,
Bubbling brookes call our names.
We sat at the waters edge,
Your hazel eyes spoke to me;
We kiss again.
Wondering through woods,
The sun is setting.
Lost in conversation,
We hardley notice we're guided by moonlight.
Parting ways;
Untill the next time we go exploring.

You're jumping off the edge,
Thinking you'll land in the kitty pool,
But instead you're submerged,
Once again you seem the fool.
Ignorance has pulled you under,
Now your drifting from the top,
Wishing you had lisened,
To your mama and your pops.
It's not good to play near water,
With out learning how to swim,
You dont know if you'll get pulled under,
Or if the winds will knock you in.
As your drowning at the bottom,
Lungs bursting from no air,
Maybe now you'll wonder,
Why your sinking once again.
Now the waves are lapping over,
You find yourself laying on the rocks,
Seems chance has worked out in your favor,
Maybe you'll re
We sat on the docks watching the sun set,
It sparkled over the water as our two eyes met,
You kissed my head softly,
And wispered you loved me,
This is an autum we wont soon forget.

ps- rory and i broke up in october... i know he had a little fan following on here haha, but no more photos of him.
and i'm sick of it.
i dont want to see my picture under someone elses name EVER
and i dont want to see my pictures used in someone elses work with out permission, and when permission is granted i want to be credited. I really do not feel that this is too much to ask. I'm considering deleting my DeviantArt account because I am sick of this. The worst part is that there is no way to track all my photos and see which ones are being used. Today it was brought to my attention that a girl from Canada had taken a picture of Rory I took in May 2006 and used it for what seemed to be (based on the style of the picture and a google search I did
